Celebrate have been a enthusiastically involved in Marlow Carnival since the return of the procession in 2017.

Providing fun decor for Marlow Carnival is always a passion for the balloon crew at Celebrate.

Come and see what we create for this year’s procession at 11.30am on Saturday 21st September 2019. Find a spot on Marlow High Street and follow the procession to Higginson Park for a family filled day of fun.
