Please note due to the unprecedented circumstances we have made the following changes to our working procedures.
- We are now a delivery service only
- Collections can no longer be made from our studio
- Enquiries & orders will be taken over the phone, via email or via social media
- Contactless payments – we are no longer accepting cash. Payment can be made by BACS or credit/debit card
- Our Balloon Crew will be wearing gloves during delivery
- All our equipment will be re-sanitised regularly throughout the day
- All our Balloon Crew will implement increased hand hygiene routines
- Our van driver will carry hand sanitiser for regular and frequent use during delivery rounds
- All orders will be placed in clean biodegradable balloon bags for a speedy and efficient delivery
- Our drivers will deliver our order to the doorstep using a ring and retreat method
- We will not leave your delivery unattended
Now that the peak of the virus has passed we have returned to work with increased hygiene & social distancing protocols in place.
